Dave made the difference to our golf group between having a relaxed experience vs one filled with stress. It was so enjoyable to be able to share our days and evenings with him and he became a true friend. He made sure our every need was satisfied and we never worried for a thing, from making sure our caddies were all lined up, to resolving a major hotel reservation screw up on our last night at the airport, after he technically was no longer on duty. It was a great comfort to us to have someone we could immediately turn to for restaurant recommendations, keeping us on schedule, and keeping the van stocked with Stella and "biscets".
