The Golf Inn is situated in the heart of Gullane village. Gullane itself is located 19 miles east of Edinburgh and an hour and a half drive from Glasgow, is the home of one of the world's oldest golf clubs, the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers, who play on the Muirfield Links. Many have called East Lothian a "golf heaven", Gullane itself boasts five courses - Muirfield, Gullane No.1, Gullane No.2, Gullane No. 3 and Luffness New.In addition there are many other courses within a 20 minute drive.
